Through a combination of playful and creative body wisdom tools your senses will be indulged and your soul nourished.
This is a retreat with a difference utilising playful body-wisdom practices, mindfulness meditation and a creative art technique called ‘Touch Drawing’.
Lead by trained and experienced facilitators (Jenni Douglas and Janet Pfeiffer), you can experience joy, creativity and relaxation. Leave feeling rested, refreshed and re-energised.
There is no right or wrong, no previous art experience, no ‘should’ or ‘have too’ and no ‘perfection’ within any of these practices. Freedom to explore, express and be.

*What is Touch Drawing?
Touch Drawing is an integrative, therapeutic, creative and spiritual practice.
In Touch Drawing, the fingers take the place of pen or paintbrush. Through this direct drawing process, even the least confident of artists finds interior images coming alive on the page. The images are formed through the pressure of fingers on paper that has been placed over an inked board. The hands become organic extensions of the soul, moving freely in response to the sensations of the moment. Many drawings can be created in one session, each a stepping-stone to the next, guiding one deeper and deeper into the self.
Deborah Koff-Chapin is the founder of Touch Drawing and groups are now run world-wide.
