I have more than 25 years’ experience in coaching and developing individuals, groups and organisations. My career has been committed to working with vulnerable populations in Australia (homelessness, educational challenges, mental health), and post-war Kosovo (HR).  It was here I developed a stronger understanding of the resilience of people in times of great adversity.

My approach to health and wellness coaching will empower you to find and embrace what works best for you. It will help to redefine and transform your mindset, placing you at the centre of your wellness journey and allowing you to unleash new insights and define your way forward thriving rather than surviving!

I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space, where you can explore and embrace your expertise, learn new skills, reclaim your future and develop a plan to confidently live life, healthier and happier.

Personal development, spiritual growth, emotional wellbeing and physical exercise have been fundamental aspects of my personal and professional life, equipping me with the tools to help me to create balance and to handle the situations life presents. I understand the complexities of life and have experienced my fair share of challenges. Healing following active breast cancer treatment takes time. I have spent the last few years redefining life and learning to live well, embracing life beyond my experience of cancer.

My journey has taught me the importance of being at peace with myself – I don’t have to be in a constant battle or at war with myself. I have had to come to terms with and embrace the change!
