Mindful Art Journaling Workshop – get in touch with your inner artist
Come and enjoy connecting with your creativity as a means of de-stressing and self-reflection. Be guided through a series of exercises designed to break down inhibitions and free up your creative expression.
Using a variety of materials you will gain confidence to create your own art journal.
Journaling in many forms can be used for mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
This workshop is for those who would like to explore visual expression. It combines elements of writing, drawing, painting, collage, printing and other expressive techniques.
