A few words from Jacqueline…
“The power of Ayurveda is in bringing its wisdom into each day. This wisdom cultivates awareness for healthy habits to flourish and grow to create lasting health. My aim is to support you in finding the balance and health you want in your life.
Ayurveda may be an ancient science but it is more relevant than ever in the age that we live in. I see so many women who, with our modern way of living, experience overwhelm and exhaustion and, eventually, hormonal imbalance. This can affect all aspects of her health and wellbeing – from poor digestion, to hot flushes, anxiety and insomnia. Ayurveda has many simple practices to help regain perspective in our busy lives and create better health and hormonal balance for every day!
I look forward to sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda with you”.
This workshop will run in our ‘Karrawirra’ building at Riverdell Spiritual Centre.
